After successfully completing Temple University Event Planning Leadership Program, Tracy decided a career in Event Planning was what she wanted to do. While on vacation and bearing witness to a beautiful destination wedding, the idea of becoming a travel professional that specializes in romance travel was born.

Rich Events was established in Philadelphia, November 2007 as a single agent agency specializing in Destination Weddings & Honeymoons.

In 2012, Rich Events added its first independent contractor and expanded to booking cruises and escorted groups.

In 2019, the agency has added 3 more independent contractors, relocated to Middletown, DE, is a charter member of Destination Weddings & Honeymoon Specialist Association (DWHSA) and plans to add 5 more IC’s by the end of the year.

Tracy’s goal is to help others who are interested in entering the travel industry, grow the agency with IC’s and be amongst the ranks of other million dollar in sales home-based travel agency.
